I moved to Florida in 1988 from Queens, New York. and now can’t imagine living anywhere else. I've been in the hospitality business for 25 years and feel that there is nothing more rewarding then going that extra step and having the dining guest say, "Wow, was that a great experience.”

In my spare time, I collect sports memorabilia and am an avid Tampa Bay Rays, Bucs, and New York Mets fan.
