I am a native Floridian and live in Clearwater with Mandi and our two children, Kyler and Kiriana, and an English bulldog named Hugo. I enjoy all sports, spending time with my family, and like to laugh.

At an early age, I enjoyed doing repairs and remodeling. I owned and managed my own repair and remodeling company for four years. I have a great bunch of talented men on the maintenance crew and they are eager to keep Royal Palms in shape.

My overall intention as the Director of Maintenance is to improve the building, as well as maintain the ongoing repairs and requests in a timely and professional manner... and always to the satisfaction of the resident. Motivation is a big part of who I am, and I strive to do better every day.
